Hotel was nice, appreciated our stay.

The rooms were updated and fantastic, with a king sized bed. The hotel's location was decent, next to downtown, and restaurants.

We only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, but everything was very good! The room was new-fashioned & updated. It was nice to find a microwave oven, coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator.

The front desk staff were cute and prompt in resolving minor issues, like a toilet problem. Breakfast had a decent selection.

Facilities show signs of wear, with carpets needing attention and mattresses feeling worn. This affects comfort and overall impression.

The Hampton Inn provided a comfortable stay with a well-appointed king room that met all my business needs. The staff was particularly helpful in quickly addressing my requests, ensuring that my equipment setup went smoothly. The breakfast bar offered a good selection of items including fresh fruits and pastries.

The hotel was fine but we reserved with Booked.net for $186.81 including tax but we were charged $214.84. We probably WON'T use Booked.net again and WON'T recomend them

The breakfast with omelet and potatoes, as example is nice for what is offered. The staff are nice and the room is comfortable and absolutely fantastic with a refrigerator.

The room is really cramped.

We asked the staff for extra accommodations and they were more than happy to assist. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Granddaughter loved the pool. The location was close by where we needed to go. Breakfast was good.

I needed a room for physically impaired, mainly a higher toilet. When I got to the room, I saw one of those plastic seats that you sit on that are raised up higher and have the metal bars on the sides. This did not work for me. Also, no rails on the wall to grab on to.

Friendly staff made us feel welcomed.

The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. We found used items left behind. The hot tub was not clean, and the toilet clogged multiple times .

Not enough creamer for coffee in the room

The hotel offered a wonderful hot breakfast. Staff was very welcoming and pleasant.

Following nearly 19 hours of travel, we arrived, ready for an early night. The bed was broken or had a dip in the center. My 6'3" husband's feet hung off the end. The beds are very soft and offer little support. The hotel is poorly soundproofed and we were continuously woken through the night by slamming doors and conversations in the hallway. The next morning, my husband heard an entire conversation, through the bathroom wall, as he was getting ready!
